Crème De Menthe Brownies
Crème De Menthe Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream 1/2 cup butter; gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with chocolate syrup, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 28 minutes.
Cool completely.
Brownies will shrink from sides of pan while cooling.
