Crock-Pot Barbecue
Crock-Pot Barbecue is an easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 3 or 4 lb. roast, 2 onions, chopped and divided, 1 c. water and 16 oz. barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut roast into 1 or 2-inch cubes and put into crock-pot with 1 chopped onion and water. Cook on low overnight (10 to 12 hours). After cooking, drain off liquid. Remove all fat and bones. Break up the lean meat with fingers and return to pot with 1 chopped onion and barbecue sauce.
Cook on low for another 5 to 6 hours.
