Crock-Pot Roast
Crock-Pot Roast is an easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef roast (chuck, round or rump), 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 envelope lipton dry onion soup and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put roast into crock-pot.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and soup mix.
Do not add water.
Cover and set crock-pot on high for 1 hour, turn to low and cook 6 to 8 hours.
