Cucumber Sandwiches
Cucumber Sandwiches is an easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf pumpernickel rye bread, 2 to 3 cucumbers, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix (dry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together the cream cheese and Ranch dressing mix.
Blend well and refrigerate. Score cucumbers down sides with a fork and slice. Spread a layer of cream cheese mixture on a slice of rye bread and top with a cucumber slice.
Refrigerate.
Mix cream cheese and Ranch mix 8 to 24 hours before serving.
