Deep Dish Taco Squares
Deep Dish Taco Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cup bisquick, 1/4 cup cold water, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 sm. onion, chopped and 1/2 cup sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix 2-3 lb. raw hamburger as you would normally for meatloaf. Flatten the meatloaf out on a cookie sheet in the shape of a rectangle.
Take 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained, and lay it down the middle 1/3 of the rectangle the long way.
Roll up rectangle from both sides to the middle.
Turn the roll so the seam is on the bottom.
Pinch the ends closed and cook as you would regular meatloaf.
You can use any vegetable and you can add cheese to the middle.
