Denise's Stir-Fry
Denise'S Stir-Fry is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. london broil or round steak, sliced thin, 1 c. each: broccoli, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, snow peas or other vegetables you desire (approximately 5 c. vegetables), cut bite size, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1/4 c. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Marinate sliced meat in soy sauce.
Stir-fry vegetables in hot oil.
Remove vegetables from pan.
Stir-fry meat in pan, then add vegetables again together with meat.
Mix cornstarch with 1 cup water and add to meat and vegetables.
Cook and stir until everything is coated with gloss of cornstarch.
Serves 8.
