Dinner Club Enchiladas
Dinner Club Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted), 1 c. sour cream, 10 oz. can ro-tel tomatoes, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 1/3 oz. pkg. taco seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine soup, sour cream and tomatoes.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning and mix.
Dip tortilla in hot soup mix and fill with meat, cheese and onion.
Roll and put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Pour remaining soup mixture over enchiladas. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Top with remaining cup of cheese and return to oven.
