Dona's Chicken Enchiladas
Dona'S Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 flour tortillas, 2 c. colby and monterey jack cheese, grated, 3/4 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 c. margarine and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Put 2 tablespoons each of chicken, cheese and onion on tortilla and roll up.
Place seam side down in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Do all 12 this way.
Then melt margarine and blend in flour; add broth and cook until thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and chilies.
Pour over tortillas in baking dish; sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
