Double Cheese Burgers
Double Cheese Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef (85% lean), 1/2 c. salsa (mild or hot), 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine beef, salsa, salt and pepper; mix lightly together. Form into 4 oval patties 1/2-inch thick.
Place on broiler pan rack.
Broil 10 to 12 minutes; turn once.
Combine tomato and salsa; top half of each tortilla with equal portions of lettuce, salsa, burger and the cheeses.
Fold tortilla over burger.
