Melt one stick butter and stir in all other ingredients except the marshmallows.
Pour into a greased and floured 8 x 8 inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
After baking, cover the brownies with miniature marshmallows.
Put back into oven long enough to melt the marshmallows, but do not let them brown.
Cover with icing.
