Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 stick oleo (i use 1/2 stick), 3 c. powdered sugar and 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
