Eastern Style Barbecue Pork
Eastern Style Barbecue Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 boston butt (about 5 lb.), 1 pt. cider vinegar, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. ground red pepper and 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine everything but the meat in a saucepan and heat until boiling.
In a baking pan, place the pork.
Add a little sauce on top and cover with foil.
