Easy Bread
Easy Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. yeast, 2 1/4 c. warm water, 1 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Using wire whisk, dissolve yeast in water.
Mix in oil, salt and sugar until dissolved.
Using wooden spoon, stir in 5 1/2 cups flour.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining flour over dough and knead until easily handled.
Divide into 2 parts and put into 2 greased loaf pans.
Place pans in warm area and cover with towel or cloth napkin.
Let rise to double its size.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
