Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake! is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs and 1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with mixer until well blended.
Add eggs and blend again.
Stir in 3/4 cup chips.
Pour into pie crust and sprinkle top of mixture with remaining 1/4 cup chips.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 40 minutes or until center is almost firm.
Cool and refrigerate at least 4 hours, overnight is fine.
Garnish with additional chips and/or chocolate Cool Whip.
