Easy Ham Stir-Fry
Easy Ham Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 c. celery, sliced, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped and 2 c. cooked ham, cubed (can use chicken), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Pour oil into preheated nonstick skillet; add celery, onion and green pepper.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender and crisp.
Add ham, garlic powder and pepper and stir-fry another 3 or 4 minutes.
Add rice and stir-fry until hot.
Stir in bacon and soy sauce.
Serves 4 to 6.
