Easy Ice Cream Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 4 c. kellogg's rice krispies cereal and 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In medium size mixing bowl, stir together corn syrup and peanut butter.
Add Rice Krispies cereal.
Stir until well coated. Press mixture into pie pan to form pie crust.
Fill crust with softened ice cream.
Place in freezer until ready to serve.
