Easy Party Reuben Sandwiches
Easy Party Reuben Sandwiches is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. corned beef (brisket), 1 (6 oz.) pkg. swiss cheese, grated, 1 large can sauerkraut, drained and 1 small bottle thousand island salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook corned beef in crock-pot for 8 hours.
Add a little water and stir in intervals so the top doesn't get tough.
After 8 hours, drain and shred beef.
Mix together cheese, sauerkraut and salad dressing.
Add this to the meat and heat until the cheese melts.
Do not overheat.
Serve over rye or black bread.
