Easy Roast in Foil
Easy Roast In Foil is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 to 3 lb.) beef chuck pot roast, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 pkg. (1/4 c.) regular onion soup mix and 4 medium carrots, quartered crosswise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Trim excess fat from meat.
Line shallow roasting pan with foil. Place meat in pan. Combine mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix. Spread over roast. Cover pan with foil.
Seal to edge. Bake in a 325Β° oven for1 hour.
Uncover and arrange potatoes and carrots around roast.
Cover and continue baking about 45 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender. Season to taste. Serves 8 to 12.
