Easy Stir-Fry
Easy Stir-Fry is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. boneless chicken breast or lean hamburger, 2 to 3 c. frozen mixed vegetables, butter-flavored pam cooking spray, soy sauce and garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spray a large skillet with the cooking spray until well coated. Brown meat in skillet and, if using ground beef, drain fat.
After browning, spray the meat with more Pam for more flavor.
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and garlic salt while browning.
After meat is done, add your vegetables and simmer until all is well blended together.
Serve with cooked rice.
Preparation time is 30 minutes.
