Easy Zucchini Lasagna
Easy Zucchini Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. water, 2- 16 oz. spaghetti sauce, 1- 15 oz. spaghetti sauce, 1- 16 oz. box lasagna noodles, uncooked and 1 lb. ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix first three ingredients in bowl.
May add cooked hamburg or sausage to this mixture.
Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of lasagna pan.
Spread ricotta cheese on noodles and layer next. Sprinkle zucchini, mozzarella and parmesan cheese next.
Repeat process (usually three layers) ending with sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
