Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 small can chopped green chilies, 1 medium can enchilada sauce and 1 small can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Sauté onions.
Add meat and brown.
Add green chilies, enchilada sauce and evaporated milk.
Spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam.
