Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 14 3/4 oz. can refried beans, 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup (cold), 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup (cold) and 3 oz. can enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fry hamburger and diced onion.
Drain fat.
Combine cold beans and soups and enchilada sauce.
Cut tortillas into wedges. Cover bottom and sides of 9-inch pan with tortillas.
Pour in ingredients.
Grate cheese and sprinkle on top, then spread olives on top.
Bake at 375Β° until bubbling hot.
Use hot sauce of choice.
I use Pica Pica sauce.
Add to mix, if you like.
