Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 can enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown ground chuck; add onion and slowly cook until onion is tender.
Add soups and enchilada sauce.
Mix well and set aside. In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, tear and line bottom with tortillas. Cover with meat mixture, then a layer of grated cheese.
Repeat with another layer of tortillas and soup mixture.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until bubbly and slightly brown.
Remove from oven and cover, while hot, with grated cheese.
