Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. grated mild cheddar cheese, 1 chopped onion, 1 (10 oz.) can wolfe chili with beans, 2 1/4 c. water and 16 corn tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a medium skillet, heat oil; dip each corn tortilla one at a time.
Let them soak on a paper towel.
Set aside.
Brown hamburger meat; drain.
Combine brown meat with Wolfe chili; add water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Place equal portions of grated cheese in center of tortilla.
Roll tortilla to enclose filling.
Place in a baking dish seam side down.
Pour meat sauce mixture over enchiladas.
Top with chopped onion and remaining cheese.
Cover and bake in 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
