Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an easy dinner. Made with 12 flour tortillas, 1 large onion, chopped, 4 c. shredded cheddar cheese or 2 c. cheddar and 2 c. mozzarella and 2 cans chili without beans (can be with beans but better without), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix cheese(s) and onion.
Using 3 cups of mixture, fill center of tortillas.
Roll into cylinders and place seam-side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread heated chili over top and sprinkle remaining cheese/onion mixture over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
