Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. flour tortillas, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/2 c. water, 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In saucepan, combine tomato sauce with next 5 ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes.
Steam tortilla on one side and fill with beans, cheese and green onions.
Roll up and place with seam side down in baking dish.
Cover with hot sauce and cheese. for 20 minutes. Serve garnished with GUACAMOLE.
