Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, browned, 2 cans enchilada sauce, 1 pkg. flour tortillas (burrito size) and 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese or mexican blend cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pour 1/2 can sauce into a 9 x 13 pan.
Place 1/8 of the browned beef into a tortilla; add cheese, then roll up the tortilla and place into pan.
Continue until all 8 are complete. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
Bake at 400Β° until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
