Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. enchilada mix, 1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice, 2 (15 oz.) cans chili (no beans), 2 pkg. flour tortillas and 2 lb. hamburger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine enchilada mix, tomato juice and chili (without beans); set aside.
Brown hamburger; drain and let cool.
Add onion, olives and 1/2 of shredded cheese.
Dip tortillas in the tomato juice mixture.
Put meat mixture in tortilla and roll up.
Place side by side in baking pan.
Pour leftover sauce over tortillas; top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for about 20 minutes, or until done.
