Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small can green chilies, 1 small can evaporated milk, 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 small can pimientos (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook meat until brown; drain.
Add onions and Cheddar cheese. Let melt.
Dip corn tortillas in hot grease for 10 seconds.
Drain on paper towel.
Place meat in tortillas and wrap.
Place in baking dish and cover with cheese sauce.
Sprinkle rest of grated cheese on top.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
