English Muffin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. flour, 2 pkg. yeast, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. soda and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease 2 loaf pans.
Mix 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar and soda. Heat milk 2 minutes in microwave.
Add water to make lukewarm. Add liquid to flour mixture; mix.
Add 3 cups flour and mix.
Put into loaf pans.
Sprinkle with cornmeal.
Cover with dish towel. Let rise until over top of pans.
Bake 30 minutes at 400Β°.
