A large combine flour, raisins, undissolved yeast, sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Combine milk water; heat until very warm.
Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat well.
Stir in remaining flour to make a stiff batter.
Into 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) or (9 x 5-inch) loaf dishes, which have been greased and coated with cornmeal. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
