Excellent Chicken Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts, 1 pkg. knorr vegetable soup, 3 chicken bouillon cubes, 2 to 3 tbsp. cornstarch, added to cold water to dissolve and 1 head cauliflower, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In wok, fry chicken breasts in Wesson oil.
Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Remove excess oil when done with paper towels.
In separate pan, cook Knorr soup and bouillon cubes about 20 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch.
Cut up vegetables and add with the soup to chicken in wok.
Heat together while stirring.
Enjoy.
