Fajita Rice
Fajita Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. minute instant whole grain brown rice (uncooked), 1 tbsp. oil, 3/4 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips, 1 medium onion, sliced and 3 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Prepare rice as directed on package, omitting margarine and salt.
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
Add meat, onion and garlic.
Cook and stir until meat is browned.
Add peppers.
Cook and stir until tender-crisp.
Stir in water, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat. Stir in lime juice.
Serve over rice.
