Freezer Cole Slaw
Freezer Cole Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. salt, 1 head cabbage, grated, 1 c. white vinegar, 1/2 c. water and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sprinkle salt over cabbage and enough water to cover; let stand 1 hour, then drain.
Mix vinegar, water, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.
Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
Pour over cabbage.
Place celery and bell pepper in cabbage after water has been drained off.
Let cool, then store in container and freeze.
