Freezer Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding, milk, 3 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Prepare pudding mix according to package directions, using 3 cups milk.
Cook until thick.
Add sugar gradually; add vanilla and salt.

Freeze.
