Freezer Sandwiches
Freezer Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chopped ham, 1 onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1/2 lb. swiss cheese and 1/2 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook onion and green pepper in oleo until soft, but not brown. Add sugar, mustard and ketchup.
Add chipped ham.
Stir well. Place on 1/2 bun.
Add a slice of cheese and top with other 1/2 bun.
Wrap in tinfoil and freeze until ready to use.
