French Dip Sandwich
French Dip Sandwich is an moderately easy French snack you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with lean beef roast (3 to 4 lb.), c. soy sauce, beef bouillon cube, bay leaf and to 4 whole peppercorns, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Remove all visible fat.
Place roast in slow cooker.
Combine soy sauce, bouillon and spices.
Pour over roast, add water to almost cover roast.
Cover and cook over low heat for 10 to 12 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove meat from broth, reserve broth, shred meat with fork and serve on hard rolls or French bread.
Dip into broth.
