Fresh Peach Ice Cream
Fresh Peach Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. milk, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine milk and marshmallows in a Dutch oven.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows melt.
Remove from heat.
Add sugar and remaining ingredients; mix well and chill.
Pour mixture into container of a 1 gallon freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Pack freezer with additional ice and salt and let stand for 1 1/2 to 2 hours to ripen before serving.
