Fresh Vegetable Pizza
Fresh Vegetable Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (any variety), 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 1/2 c. chopped, seeded tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 375Β°.
Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise on (lightly greased) 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking sheet.
Press over bottom and 1-inch up sides of pan; seal perforations.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely.
Spread sour cream over crust.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with remaining ingredients; drizzle buttermilk dressing over top of pizza; cut into squares.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
