Combine cookies, walnuts and butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; press in place.
Chill.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and orange juice with mixer in a large bowl until smooth.
Fold Cool Whip into cream cheese.
Stir in candies.
Spoon over crust and freeze until firm.
Thaw for 15 minutes before serving.
