Fruit Filling Coffee Cake
Fruit Filling Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.
Mix together flour, salt and baking powder.
Mix butter/sugar mixture and flour mixture together.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan and spread half the batter; spread one can pie filling over the batter.
Spread remaining batter on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
(Powdered sugar frosting can be streuseled over the top.)
