Fudge Walnut Brownie Pie
Fudge Walnut Brownie Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2/3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly grease 9 inch pie plate.
Beat eggs in large bowl and stir in sugar, butter and vanilla.
Stir together flour, cocoa and salt and stir into butter mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until set.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Garnish with whipped cream or serve with ice cream, if desired.
