In medium size heavy saucepan over low heat, combine butter and chocolate baking bars.
Heat for 3 minutes, or until melted, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes.
Stir in 1 3/4 cups sugar.
Beat in 3 eggs.
Stir in flour until blended.
Spread batter into prepared baking pan.
