Garlic Bundt Loaf
Garlic Bundt Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 loaves frozen white bread dough, thawed, 1/3 to 1/2 c. margarine, melted and cooled to lukewarm, 1/4 tsp. dried basil, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1 small onion, chopped (or use dried minced onion), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut or snip off pieces of the dough about the size of a walnut. Place half in a greased 10-inch Bundt pan.
Combine the melted butter with rest of the ingredients.
Pour half of this butter mixture over dough in pan.
Add the remaining dough pieces and drizzle the rest of the butter mix over the top.
Cover and let rise until double in size, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes before removing.
Bread can be eaten by breaking off pieces or by slicing.
