German Slaw
German Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head shredded cabbage, 1 onion, cut into rings, 1 tsp. celery seed, 1 tsp. prepared mustard and 1 green pepper, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Layer cabbage, pepper and onion.
Cover with sugar and celery seed.
Heat vinegar, salt and mustard to a boil.
Take off stove and then add oil, then heat again to a boil.
Pour over cabbage mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Drain before serving. Makes a large dish for a family reunion, or will keep well in refrigerator for several days.
