Glazed Strawberry Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sliced strawberries, 1-1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 carton cool whip, 1 drop yellow food coloring and 3 drops red food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar with strawberries.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
Cream together remaining powdered sugar and cream cheese; blend in vanilla and cool whip.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Drain strawberries, saving juice.
Add enough water to make 1/3 cup.
Mix cornstarch, food colorings and juice.
Cook until thick.
Stir in berries.
Spoon over filling.
May be made in individual graham cracker shells.
