Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Remove skin from chicken; wipe dry. Melt butter with garlic, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
Mix potato chips and cornflakes together.
Dip chicken in butter mixture and then into crumbs. Arrange in baking pan.
Remove garlic from butter mixture.
Pour butter over chicken.
Bake for about 1 hour.
