Combine first 4 ingredients.
Mix well.
Spread in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cream the cream cheese; beat in eggs, then sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Spread in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until browned and set.
Mixture will thicken upon cooling.
