Brown 1 pound rice in 1/4 pound margarine.
Add 3 cans beef consomme, 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, salt, curry powder and green onions.
Bake, uncovered, for 1/2 hour at 350Β°, then use as stuffing for turkey or bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes or until done.
