Grandma Swedish Doughnuts
Grandma Swedish Doughnuts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 whole eggs, 2 egg yolks, 4 tbsp. whipping cream and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar, eggs, yolks, cream and milk with mixer until well blended. Add dry ingredients and mix with wooden spoon until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Chill dough one hour.
Roll out on floured board and cut with doughnut cutter. Fry in lard at 375Β°.
Dough may be put through doughnut maker in which case, do not chill.
